- What’s at the finale? Reaching the final marker unveils the solution word or the custom surprise you prepared.
- Can we pause the run? Yes, the game remembers progress—close the page and jump back in later at the same spot.
How do tickets and payment work?
Key facts about buying, sharing, and scheduling:
- Where do I buy tickets? Use the buy button, pay securely via Stripe, and you’ll receive the ticket code instantly by email.
- How many people can use one ticket? One ticket unlocks a shared game link—send it to the whole team to explore together.
- Can I move the event date? As long as the code isn’t redeemed, it stays active; choose any start time and adjust the route freely.
- Need an invoice or refund? Contact us through the support form if you require paperwork or your plans fall through.
How do we solve GPS or technical issues?
Try these quick fixes when live tracking struggles:
- Location isn’t detected? Enable GPS/location services, allow the browser to use them, and refresh the page.
- Map shows the wrong spot? Step outside briefly, disable battery savers, and check whether other apps are blocking GPS access.
- No mobile data? Preload the map area offline or switch to a stronger network—the page updates as soon as a connection returns.
- Can we switch devices? Yes, sign in with the same ticket code on another phone; the game syncs progress and clues automatically.
How does the Geo Game protect our data?
We’re transparent about data use and give you full control:
- What data do we store? Email (name optional), your ticket configuration, and logs of the location consent—just enough for support and proof.
- How long are location logs kept? We keep the ticket code and consent timestamp for up to seven days before deleting them automatically.
- How can I withdraw consent? Reopen the cookie banner via the footer or adjust settings, and revoke location sharing directly inside the game at any time.
- What if I spot a security issue? Use strong passwords, share ticket codes privately, and reach out immediately if anything suspicious appears.

- Can I plan on multiple devices? Absolutely—the builder runs on desktop, tablet, and mobile so you can switch whenever inspiration hits.

- How do I return to the builder later? “Save & Continue” sends you a link so you can reopen the quest and tweak it anytime.
